It seems to be digital only, but it doesn't seem to work for new games. I tried Endless Space, and Orcs Must Die! 2 and neither worked. But Darkspore worked for some reason...

I bought 2400 points for $29.99. It worked and I will buy all my points from this site in the future!

It seems to work on multiple orders. But it doesn't work on accessories like PSN Cards or Microsoft Points. It also doesn't seem to work on Pre-Orders.
