I'm normally a RightStuf fan, but I'm gonna have to pass this one up. I just hit the DDD B1G1 free sale for the first six episodes of Ghost in the Shell SAC 2nd Gig.

Rightstuf has posted some cosplay pics from Otakon. I love that scarecrow dude from Howl's Moving Castle. That's not technically cosplay though is it?

Run a google search on "dell battery recall", and you'll find a couple of news articles on Dell's annoucement today.
This site seems to have the most information so far.
I bought an Inspiron back in Dec '04, so I guess I'll be checking out Dell's website tomorrow morning.
Nah if I can learn about it anyone can. So here are a couple of things I've picked up -
Not every broadcast or cable channel is offered in high def. I have digital cable but don't subscribe to their high def service, cuz I don't want to pay extra for stuff I don't usually watch anyway...
Bumping an old topic. I recently discovered Pandora and totally love it. Maybe it used to be a pay service, but it's completely free now. The whole point of it is to discover new artists and songs that are similar to stuff you like. I was skeptical at first, but I actually found myself hearing a...

Awesome, I've been wanting to grab DQ8 for a while, but I know I won't get around to actually playing it for months. What's this about using the GGC to get the game for $15? [goes off to find reference in other threads]
Sweet. I used to own the 15 piece vehicle Voltron back in the day. Didn't like it as much at first but it definitely grew on me.
Oh, and for anyone who may not have seen it yet, watch Voltron get served on Robot Chicken.
I just found this thread. All I have to say is...
... holy cripes, that's amazing. It actually looks professionally done. If there are a lot more of these out there then it definitely changes my impressions about cosplay.
It's funny, I'm noticing everyone's DVD sig links for the first time now. Holy bejeezus some of you own a lot of stuff.
I'm kinda liking the dvdaf layout and categories, along with its emphasis on user participation.
