I usually just buy different sizes ($100 + $50 + $75 + $25) at the same time, one code will work for all of them -- but yeah, as someone said previously, this would just be only for digital purchases.

Not yet -- my mixamp is currently plugged into the 360 in my bedroom. I just wanted to make sure the headset worked via the adapter. Still not sure if I want to go through the effort of moving it to the x1, or just live with stereo in the hope that they'll add dolby headphone to the adapter.

I received mine from Amazon yesterday -- they pass both game and voice. They also work with TV/Netflix, pretty much all X1 output so far as I can tell. I use them with some astro a40s -- sound seems good, although the bass doesn't seem as punchy as my mixamp.

Both stores I've checked out in (Cuyahoga Falls & Oakwood OH) have Forza at the normal price. AC4/BF4/FIFA/Madden are the ones I consistently see at 34.98. My wife got Ryse for 34.98 because the employee put the wrong copy (instead of AC4) in her bag when she checked out, and NFS for 34.98...

Can confirm as well -- my wife ended up getting AC4 and BF4 (XB1) for $34.98 at the Sam's in Oakwood, OH.  Didn't see NFS :(
