I was able to price match Diablo 3 and MW3 at best Buy without any issue or manager override...The woman looked it up online and said.."Cool" and rang me up!

Only issue I had with dead island is that they actually sent me 2 full game keys....LOL

I pre-ordered dead island from them and didn't have a problem..... My point is this.....They are not Steam...or Amazon.....They give you good deals on games.....you DO get your key on release day...you might not get it at midnight, but you will get it...... Just because you don't get it right...

Its really sad isn't it? God forbid that people had to wait a little bit to get the game....You know how it is.....you can do everything right, but the one time something goes wrong, people want your head....

Got my key....at 12:30pm on release date....works for me....patience is key....people need to learn to have some.

Still no key for me either....but I am patient unlike 95% of the people who are spazzing out on their forums.....hopefully sometime today I will get my key.....its not the end of the world to me....

So I emailed customer service about the fact that I bought Borderlands GOTY edition with the 2K shooter pack.....And they told me that the deal for Borderlands 2 is only for customers who purchased it in July...Did anyone else get that type of response from customer service?
