If you know anyone who speaks Japanese and will let you use their credit card, by far the best way to get DC stuff is Yahoo Auctions. I paid ¥3000 for a set of two DCs, two guns, three controllers, four memory cards, two rumble packs, Crazy Taxi, Sonic, Space Channel 5, and a dozen other games...

I ordered this a few days ago and got it today - nice deal. But be aware that isn't the Japanese localized version. It doesn't have a word of Japanese in it. Probably hard to unload on the used market.
