is this the same price in-store? can i just purchase it in store or do i need to pay online and then pick it up in store?

Went there and almost all the games were cleaned out. I did get a few good games though, none of which were part of the sale: Tokobot PS2 $5 Virtual On: Marz $5 Opoona Wii $5 Unfortunate that I missed out on this sale.

Are these new games or used?

I saw Lux Pain and Puzzle Quest Galactrix. Don't know about Lux Pain, but it's a good price for PQ.

The worst is when you find out about a new game you've never heard of, and when you research it more, you find that it's part of an entire series/genre that you've never heard of/seen before... and you must... have... them... all... hahaha... seriously, I diverted most of my funds years ago...

I would like to wait for TRU clearances, but my local ones never have games on clearance. They usually sell out before they even hit clearance prices. Even then, I almost always miss them.

I'm working on building up my Nintendo DS collection, but i'm selling off the rest of my collection so I can buy an Acura NSX ;p

I'm at over 100. I have mostly AAA titles though.

Sorry, 9.97. It was a clearance price when I scanned it. I guess it's YMMV, seems like it's new to the system. This Sears updates prices literally on the hour. I guess it's because the workers have nothing better to do because no one goes there LOL. Anyway, I already have this game but...
