I ordered ME3 online too and it had that disclaimer as well. I received my coupon not long after I bought ME3 if I recall correctly. I think all that 3 month date range means is that you have to use the coupon within that time frame.

Love the cover art and manual guarantee, but I wish they would've done it sooner. Got all these games with the lame and generic GameStop cover art... ick. Ive been wanting to get Bioshock for awhile now.
