For those still interested there are quite a few floating around the Sacramento area. There are currently 9 in stock at the Roseville Galleria store and a few by the one at Auburn and Madison.

That wasn't mentioned in the initial post. Someone did ask for their $5 back at DVD Talk and you reported them or something because now their post is magically deleted.. so it sounds to me you know you're not really doing much of anyone a favor and are ripping people off..

Since he's such a scammer, why does he post out all the fees and all that crap to begin with to make it seem like he's getting us a deal, then when people point him out as scamming he ignores them? Not a good way to conduct business.. glad I got my Iron Man SteelBook on eBay through a Canadian...

Haha, should've figure'd. There was a post over at DVD Talk in the Indy/Iron Man thread about being refunded some of the purchase price since the SteelBook was on sale the week it came out. Guess what? Got deleted.

There'll probably be a lot of flack from people against the potential customer on this, but Best Buy was in the wrong. I've had way too many problems at various BB stores in the past. I hope the customer makes out.

This actually sounds like one of the better Best Buy return stories I've heard. I've read people getting more problems with sealed merchandise, and your shit was used!! Fuck that dude, you have no room to bitch other than yourself being a total fucking idiot.

That sucks. I lucked out, I suppose. The one manager who works at mine likes me so she just uses her card to give me the discount. She used it on my Smash Bros pre-order then again when I price-matched a 50% off game. Sorry to hear it.. I don't think they're B&M stores can give refunds on it...
