I hope you guys enjoy Final Fantasy XVI. I absolutely loved it. My first Final Fantasy game since X (besides VII Remake). I much prefer the action-focused combat over turn-based.

That does sound annoying. Ahh, BioShock. Now there’s a game with a great story and gameplay!

That’s sad. There’s a lot of video games that have great stories. But my point was that out of any genre, I would say racing games are the least relevant when it comes to a good story.

Ah bummer. I had no idea as I usually rely on this forum every year for all the Black Friday deals and stuff. Oh well; at least with the $5 certificate it’s not a huge loss.

So far I bought Need For Speed Unbound (PS5) and Justice League Cosmic Chaos (Series X) for $19.99. I haven’t really seen much else but I know those have been on my list for a while and was waiting for that $20 sweet spot. Also had a $5 reward certificate.

They mentioned they won’t sell physical movies in stores next year. They didn’t say anything about not selling them online anymore.

That’s how I took it (as someone who has used Affirm in the past). It’s how I was able to afford a 4K TV. Probably never would have been able to otherwise. Sorry.

Let’s weigh the options here : Actually securing a PS5 (and paying some interest but being able to pay over time) or Not securing a PS5. I think pretty much anybody would choose to have a PS5 if they want a PS5. ‍

Affirm is great; I bought my TV from Walmart using that.

I kinda figured that was in jest to match the silliness of those other posts, but I wasn’t 100% sure if you were being serious or not. Maybe you had some super secret connections or a loophole that could get you the game two weeks early, I don’t know. Stranger things have happened. 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, I’m not sure what he’s talking about. That game isn’t out until December 2nd.
