Patapon covers your first and 6th request, as well as being a strategy/rhythm game as well. Basically, it is unlike any other game out there(aside from its sequel, and the 3rd iteration coming out early next year) the God of War games are also excellent.

Tempting, but then I realized the price drop is probably in anticipation of the GOTY version coming out soon. I'd rather wait a bit longer 'til I can get the game and all DLC for under $40 or so since I have literally 100's of games I could be playing right now in my backlog.
