A fellow student is offering his Arcade, wireless controller, Assassin's Creed, and Blue Dragon for $100. Is this worth it? Or should I aim for a new system. I don't know the chipset in the system yet.

Do Arcades come with the Jasper chipset or whatever is the desired setup now? I need to get a 360 and need to decide between getting the new Elite bundle or getting an arcade and a hard drive. What should I do?
