The only possible explanation for that is that they didn't give the edge bonus, because the employee didn't use your info for the bonus. Go in and fix it, but it has to be when the manager is working as the manager is the only one capable of fixing your problem. I had the same thing happen to me...

Can it play games? Not really sure what the open trade error is, but if it can play games they should take it.

Man, that TIV is dropping like a rock. The Website says this. "Trade in any Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, DSi or PSP and get an extra $20 trade-in credit." So you could try it, maybe you'll get an employee who doesn't know the promo, but officially it SHOULDN'T work.

Flaw in that plan is that you can't trade more than 1 copy of a game in at a Gamestop.
