I'm extremely tempted to pick up Pikmin 3 and Capt Toad, but I may just go get a physical copy of Captain Toad. Also, If I haven't played any of the previous pikmin games, would I be fine just picking up on 3, or should I try and play the first two?

When making an account on amazon.co.jp, you have to use a japanese address. Register for a forwarding site like the one most of us are using, http://www.tenso.com/en/ after you register for an account on there, they will give you an address to use for when you register an account on amazon.co.jp

From what I've read it's by law in Japan that international orders have some sort of verification or what not. I think it's mentioned on the Tenso website somewhere.
