I am having this very same issue in OSX. Nintendo Zone blinks but I never get a Street Pass - help! :)

I tend to work pretty long hours so I don't usually play much during the week, but maybe I'll get out at a decent time today.

OK, I added my friend code to the list.  Just got the game yesterday and loving it so far.  I haven't played Animal Crossing since the first one, but I think the online functionality will keep me more engaged this go round.  I'll add everyone else friend codes when I'm back home after work tonight.

Yeah, going into setting to delete your progress helps out a ton. I just finished getting all the hats a couple weeks ago - if I had to go through the last four rooms again and again I'd still be chugging along.

You can cancel your Find Mii quest through settings in the StreetPass Plaza. Go to Settings - Other - Delete Find Mii Progress. This is pretty helpful once you've gotten the Gold Key and don't need any more hats from the final four rooms.

Maybe the deleted dungeons can be incorporated into the triforce hunt? Instead of looking for map after map, you go to three dungeons where you get a triforce piece at the end instead of a heart container? I think that would make everyone very very happy.
