Good choices here. I went with the 3DS Price Drop/Ambassador...that is unprecedented with Nintendo so soon to the console's launch and to give 20 free (and somewhat good!) games with.

Tempted to vote Gamestop, but if you have ever bought a game from Kmart, you know it can be a huge hassle. A shame, since that guy put a lot of effort into putting together deals for CAGs, but if you can get to a KMart (and good luck, they are usually in bad neighborhoods unless you live in...

Target. I can buy games and get groceries. Their discount section is hit or miss, but when good games are in the bargain bin, their B&M presence pays off.

I gave it to reddjoey, his is the only thread I regularly follow and its pretty quick. But thanks to all CAGs who post deals quickly - you're our heroes!

Fangamer.net doesn't sell games (to my knowledge), but their game-related products are pretty awesome.

I finally tried Amazon's trade-in program. There are some questionable ethics with the third-party company involved, but I have had no problems and I get the most money from Amazon for my trade-ins.

Oof, lots of good candidates on this one, my wallet hurt this year. The contest/achievement nature of the Steam sale gets my vote - bought so many games and played them just to get the achievements that would give me coupons or coal.

Last year's thread was pretty epic. Taking a look at this year's threads, the MMA one seems well organized and active.

Gamefly. Everything was cheap and came in surprisingly good condition. Also, they include DLC/online passes the majority of the time...that's pretty awesome.

Best Buy. Several times in the past year, I would buy a game at discount I saw on CAG from them and would go to pick it up, only to find that they would charge me the in-store price instead of the one on their own website. I walked away empty-handed several times. FU Best Buy.

Skyrim. Cannot put that game down.
