Don't hold your breath on th 72hrs. First useless reply I got was in 72 hrs, the rest were past or nonexistent. No use now since the promotion has been removed from their site anyway.

that is the same message I've received everyday since New Year's Day. Their customer service was useless. Never got a resolution, just 3 messages. 2 stating to try my good code again, one asking for my account password. I sent detailed descriptions of the problem, referenced prior trouble...

Good thing i used the wife's account to redeem yesterday. Useless softcoin customer service never fixed my account (nor sent any decent responses back to me). They get a FAIL rating from me (if I could rate them). Yup, EA promo links are gone from the Dr. Pepper site.

That is the issue I've been complaining about since Jan 1. Wife's account works fine so it isn't the computer. Customer service help has be virtually non-existant for fixing my account issue (says you'll get a response within 72 hours, I've averaged getting one less than once a week). Good...

Man, gotta vent some more. Been 25 days this month and only 3 responses from customer support regarding my account. 2 said the code I tried to enter was good, try again (of course it was good), and the third, from late 2 nights ago, asked me for my password. Nothing else! Sheesh and 6 days...

Nuckleheads keep sending me the same message to try the code again. It is not the code but my account. Wife's account works fine, so not my computer. Sheesh. So wish there was a phone number to call. Sorry, needed to vent some frustration.
