It says I have to send gifts to get more spins, so I'm trying to send a gift to an alt email account and it won't let me. I'm using the $10.00 card, and it says that it has to be at least 10 bucks which it is. I'm so confused.

I would assume used. Either way, sounds like a pretty good deal to me.
