Got on a chat....said she has to escalate it to someone else and I will get a phone call or email within 6 days to talk about it....seems a little overboard relative to the situation.  Maybe I will be interrogated or something.   Perhaps they will try to sell me a timeshare.

So I got my Borderlands 2 delivered today.  To my surprise it did not come new.  Shrink wrap is gone except for a little tiny piece at the bottom of the case.  There is a mostly clear square sticker with a red triangle in the corner of the sticker on the cover (is this a Target pre-owned...

Also Microsoft states that our old funds will disappear in June of 2015.  I thought it was illegal now for gift card balances to evaporate into the ether.  Kind of a shitty tactic even if it's not.   Points were bought with real money and real money should never vanish.

Thanks for the replies.  I used to be able to use my points balance on the site.  So are they just giving us the finger with that option now that it is converted to cash?  Not sure why they would take that away.  I've never heard of another service where you can only use your previously bought...

I can't for the life of me figure out how to pay for stuff on Xbox.com with my old points that were converted to currency.  I can use them while purchasing on my 360, but I can't find any option to use them on the Xbox.com site.  It is driving me crazy.  I just bought Fez on the Xbox site, but...

Same here. I ordered last night when everyone else was and have an est. delivery date of 07/23. Not to mention there is no sign of the Bing Cashback after I checked my email and signed into my cashback account. :cry:

If you guys want to hear something hysterical, the copy of Crackdown that I checked on a few days ago actually went up to $41.98 (both marked on game and in system) when I checked it today. My Target sucks. :wall:

If this is true then why did I find a copy of Crackdown tonight that was marked at $39.99 and scanned at $39.99.
