Well, don't usually post but wanted to share that I had a bad experience at the Target in Hadley, MA. Went into the store with my preorder card and receipt and was told they had a "mixup" and had sold all the units. Is it really that hard to understand what the word "reservation" means?

Meh, that is unfortunate for me it looks like. Is it for certain that my DVD drive is entirely done for. I just find it odd that it can read CDs but not DVDs.

So my 360 died for the second time, and this time it is now out of warranty, so I'm SOL. From my observations, I'm guessing something with the DVD drive is screwed up. I'm wondering if anyone knows what would cause the drive to stop reading DVDs, but still let's it read standard CD-roms. I can't...

This week my wired 360 controller's right analog stick snapped and the controller is pretty much useless without it. So now I need to buy a new one, and am looking for a cheap replacement. I'm looking to spend around 20 - 25 bucks on a new one if it can be had for that cheap. Thanks for any help.
