My guess is that the machine that sprays them with green paint runs out, and it takes a while for somebody to refill it, during this time of course they don't stop assembly. :P

As Sousanator said the content is sharable through gamesharing. The content itself can be on up to 5 PS3's, at least I don't doubt this haven't done it with this content specifically, but your gonna have to share the account information, either your account or by making a master account to DL...

The Nyko Charger for the xbox 360 that had 2 battery and stuff was complete crap, didn't hold charges among other numerous complaints. My experience with 3rd party lithium-ion (whatever) rechargable batterys has been really horrid.

Ummm I think this game is like 8 bucks at my store new, ill sell it for 15 if anyone else wants it.
