Don't worry about it. I sent in the SE of The Departed instead of the regular one (which is pictured) and they sent me the BR with no problems.

American Dad seasons 3 and 4 are currently at Walmart for $12. As always, it is probably YMMV but I did check out two different Walmarts and they both had them at this price.

I went to the same GS twice today with the same set of games (1 DS/1 PSP). The first time there was no problems. The second time they said it was supposed to be 2DS or 2 PSP. From what I can tell it depends on who you get to ring you up.
