Suggestion for live shows

Well I was thinking about other radio shows like Howard Stern and such and I realized that they have atleast one guy working "behind the scenes". This guy does all of the skype stuff. They like connect the callers with the host and play all the sound clips.
If you find a guy thats good at this I'm sure it will make live shows 10x easier.
I decided against buying some things I bidded on a lowball auction. Didn't know it'd be a big problem. Sue me.

No, this is actually a damn good idea. Think about it. I mean, they wouldn't have to fiddle around with things like answering the calls. However, doing that would be more difficult I suppose

well see the 3rd man could fiddle around with the calls and all 3 could be in a chatroom to talk to each other while talking if anything goes wrong

Yes, but how would someone like that connect the calls to the CAGCast, or to Cheapy?
