Gaminglagoon.com is a JOKE

Zombieslayer240

CAGiversary!
I "completed" around 50 offers, then the next morning I checked it, and I have MORE dissaproved offers than accepted offers!!! Seriously, WTF? I did exactly what the site told me to do...this site is a RIP.

Any CAG have similar problems with this site?

just do the credit card offers like stamps.com and efax and you should be alright

well i'm betting its a user issue.

I'm willing to bet you didn't clear your cookies after each offer and use different emails like its been suggested.

I'm also betting you do survey's and offers on other sites so you've probably already done alot of the offers they have.

I did two, the first one was approved...the second one, took forever to finish, did it just like I was suppose to, and then of course it was disapproved.
I haven't tried anything since about a month ago.

Same thing has been happening with me. It may have to do with the fact that I'm using a different address, email, name, and phone number with the spam I'm signing up for than my account on the free-stuff giving site. I, for one, don't feel like giving away my personal information to a bunch of worthless con-artists.

My friend actually got his 1600 ms points but I got up to 6 points and it was way too hard for me to do all those offers. They kept disapproving me.

I've had the same issue, generally equal at best, but usually more disapproved. Try to do them again, you might get lucky.

from what I hear, Gaming Lagoon has gotten really bad. Lots of people are just switching over to Prizerebel. Check my sig for a link.

Man, I know exactly how you feel. GamingLagoon is a pain in the @$$. I got my free 2000 Wii Points card and now I'm outta there for good.

I had done like 50 offers and probably over 80% of them were denied/disapproved, INCLUDING the Stamps.com and Netflix ones. Pissed me off... I had to even call in for Stamps.com to cancel, and that was a pain in the butt.... and no points in return. I'm definitely going to switch over to PrizeRebel now...

As I can see in your sig that you are not new to theese type of sites. None are very good on giving credit for every offer but the lagoons have the best ratio per offer as any I have tried. Check here to see many satisfied CAGs:

Off topic: You should consider making your sig, not quite as large obnoxious infomercialish for the sake of other CAGs. Just food for thought.

Did anyone notice both gaminglagoon and prizerebel have the same character at the top of the screen? The little guy with the eyepatch, pilot goggles, and a smirk?

Seems fishy to me... I'd wager almost all of the sites are run by the same crooks. I'd avoid them all together thank you very much.

prizerebel is no better... I've gotten around 37 points on gaminglagoon, but only 9 on prizerebel. (these are all free offers - no cc offers for me too risky)

I'm going to disagree. I joined prizerebel just a few days ago, and I just claimed a Wii points card. A friend I referred got his XBOX 360 card for live in his email 24 hours after he claimed it.

But I will agree that there aren't a whole lot of points to be had by just doing offers. You really have to go ahead and refer people. Thats how I got half of my points.

Gaminglagoon was very good when I started. But lately...I think something has been wrong with their servers. I keep getting GL message completed and disapproved DAYS after it was done. So I think they're having some tech problems as of late...

However, I do NOT recommend using the CC on Gaminglagoon.com

I signed up for Blockbuster Online, Netflix, Gotta Play, and MusicETC through them and none credited. I filed for manual credit...and their response was T.S. Regardless of if they get credit or not, the CS doesn't have to act so damned stuck up. Just read the forums and you'll understand.

I greatly appreciate the service. I love getting free stuff for very little effort. However, you can't treat your customers like shit. Just my two cents.

prizerebel ladies and gentlemen: click the link on my sig

gaminglagoon can be described with one word (that i believe was first said by lilboo): Nazi

Just my two cents.[/quote]I think ddrlens said it best, "I do not recommend using the CC on Gaminglagoon.com", and I agree, I wouldn't trust putting a CC number on any of those sites, I don't care if it is cashcrate, prizerebel, cashlagoon, glidegold, gaminglagoon, videogamelagoon, Treasure Trooper, or any other GPT site, we go to GPT sites to get things for free, not to spend $1 of our money for $5~$10 worth of points, I mean yes that is a lot more, but if it dissapproves, that means you lost your money and you got nothing out of it, do the 100% free offers and still, be careful which ones you do, some are tricks asking for too personal information, others are a dissapproving waiting to happen, but play your cards right, and you can get a lot of points, this is true with all GPT sites

Also, use true information, if it asks for too personal information, close the window and forget about that offer, don't put in fake information, here's how I think of it, if you want to send me junk mail, go ahead, i'll use it for fire starter, if you want to send spam to my inbox, go right ahead, that is why I have my secondary mail account, you want to take my information for identity theft, you have crossed the line, and if I see anything that involved, even for the great point value, the only thing I am clicking on that page is the X in the corner (closing the window)

they had an error with about 90% of there new ID offers... they had a broken script and Gaminglagoon wasn't getting the credit they need to approve you... They've fixed some of the problem and are working on getting much higher approval ratings... but the new ID offers that before had a 1 in 10 approval are now better than they were. and improving every day. And don't expect every offer to go through, just do what you can and get free stuff... I've already got wii points and wiimote skins, and I'm still deciding what I'll get next :)

Ooh, don't even get me started with Gaminglagoon or any of those dipshits over there...Ugh.

I think I'm the most annoyed since I really was like the CAG-Gaminglagoon ambassador for a few months (LOL)...and they really went ahead and made a NEW site for videogames..and then later on add multi-tier referrals. Ridiculous.

But, hey.. whatever.

Ive done about 20 of them, 1/4 still pending, the rest are approved. So many people are having bad luck...well, i dont the surveys and cell phone ones. cell phone ones are good for quick points. i dont wanna play, nor do i have a credit card. 20 points now :whistle2:D aiming for a wow gamecard. 20 points in a day... Gigidy, allright.

Did you read the TOS on the cell phone offers? You should go back to the cell phone offers and cancel because you will have a surprise coming for you when your mobile bill comes. You should always read the fine print before doing any offers especially CC and cell phone offers.
