Nice find! I only saw takoyaki and dango stands when we visited the temples in Tokyo and Kyoto.

Snakes in the sake/whiskey/etc are pretty common in Asia. Beyond the cool factor, I don't think they're any more/less tasty than regular alcohol though...

However, I'm a fatty I'm not climbing steps for pizza. I'll wait at the bottom of the steps till you guys get back with the pie. k?

Seriously, I shouldn't have come here. Now I miss living in Japan. I've discussed moving back with my fiancee and she has absolutely no interest in the idea.

WTB new fiancee to move to Japan with.

Why not? Japanese people love typical American food like pizza, hot dogs, and hamburgers. They tend to put their own spin on it (we do the same with food that's foreign to us); the thing about this place is that it's an authentic experience.

Awesome. Definitely take photos of the truck. At least now you wont have to travel like 3 hours for a decent slice of pie.
 
Hey can you post directions on how to get here? I'm going to be in Tokyo for TGS and I'm kinda bored with the city, to be honest. Looking for new quests to go on.

Or will he be in his roving pizza truck by TGS time?
 
We are going to try and get the pizza truck to actually come to TGS.

Haha! That's a long way to go for pizza, but I can understand the urge XD When I was in Japan I kept craving good thin crust pizza, but nothing I had really measured up.
Of course now I'm craving Indian food I had in Chiba.
Just can't win :roll:

That truck looks awesome...although the preferable turtle should've been Michelangelo. Everyone knows he loved pizza the most!
