I found most of those except UEFA which wouldve been i nice grab but, i snagged Far Cry, DMC Aniversary Set, and MGS:pO

I found DMC 5th Anniversary, which I am quite happy about...but I am still looking for a MGS:pO. Maybe this is the sign of a price-drop to the $20 mark. GH here it comes, perhaps.

Do it. Before MGSPO, I had never fully played any MGS game. The only "expierence" I had with the MGS series was the first level on the original on the ps1, and Acid (Which is of course, card based, etc.) . MGSPO was my first real expierence with the series, and it was very enjoyable.
 
Wow, i'm surprised they are clearancing MPO. (of the record, MGS: Portable Ops is officially shortened to MPO... i don't know what happened to the GS though) I'm pretty sure it's the best selling game on the PSP. i guess they got to many copies that didn't sell... probably because half the people downloaded the ISO for it. :( Also surprised at Disgaea 2 being clearanced. Seems Nis overestimated it's popularity as it's going down everywhere.

I have a question though. What is the DMC 5th Anniversary Collection? I'm guessing that's the bundle with all 3 games?

Yup thats its, it has DMC 1, 2, and 3. I think its the special edition of 3 too.
 
Nabbed a copy of MPO while out today. I hadn't read this thread yet but saw one copy of the game in the clearance bin. The price tag was partially torn so I assumed at first it was a misplaced regular priced game. I had the cashier do a price check on it at picked it up immediately once I found out it was $16.96! I had the $10 gift card from when I bought NCAA 08 a couple weeks earlier so I got the game for under $10!
 
Hmm. I suppose if I'm at a Circuit City I'll look for MGS:pO. I already have 3 PSP games in preparation for my purchase later next month, so it can't hurt to grab one more at a cheap price.

I would say it is because its about as cheap as you can expect for a 360 game. I think you can get it for about 14 on ebay but copies are normally used and you have to wait for them in the mail. There are several cool powers and special moves but the story isn't all that great and the battles get very repetitive. It's a fun game until the novelty of being superman wears off. it's not worth the 60 bucks i paid (with high hopes) but i would recommend getting it for 17 bucks.

Yup, I picked up the DMC 5A Collection once I heard that, it was worth it even at $30.
 
So all of these games are $16.96 anywhere you find them in the store without having to make sure an employee gets the price right? Are they restickered with the cheaper price? I'm brand new to CC clearance, would appreciate if someone can let me know.

I understand the collector's reasons, but besides the GH labels being there is anything else left out of the GH version? (I try to refrain from the GH label as much as possible but being a CAG it has started to become a losing battle)

Also, does anyone know why Portable Ops is commonly abbreviated as MPO instead of MGSPO? Just curious, was it from fans or did Konami show it this way?

I'm not sure about the other ones you listed but I'm pretty sure these two have been on clearance for a while because I remember looking for them at $16.96 prices since at least June and never finding either of them.
