"Weren’t there rumors at one point of C64 games coming to Virtual Console? I wish that would happen."

I do own and love Advance Wars: Dual Strike and was planning on picking up Days of Ruin eventually anyway but if I could get it for free and along with a sweet shirt I'd definitely be happy about that.

"Hm, i’m glad theyre finally starting to seperate it. I was waiting for this as well for something more cost effective if i don’t want the other equipment in the bundle."

Is this on the SSB disc or a separate disc? Either way, this is a good step in the right direction for Nintendo.
Unlike XBL, with Nintendo games, most of the older audience knows what they are getting when they DL a game from the VC. I know its not an excuse for Nintendo, but it seems they know this and have yet to but demos up on the VC.

"I would love if Nintendo would find a way to put old GB and GBC games on the VC. I’d love to play Metroid 2 on a lrge screen or maybe the zeldea GBC games. It’s probably not possible. But they did have the GB Player so who knows with proper emulation if it’s possible."

I want Advance Wars and a T-shirt that glows when I'm near easy women.
This is how the big three approached E3 this year IMO.
Microsoft: "Americans love the xbox like grandma and apple pie."
Sony: "Apples! How do you like them apples!"
Nintendo: "Err, who wants to play Mario Kart? Anybody?"

I too was a Sega Master System owner in the days dominated by the NES. At least I had two other friends who shared their love for the platform, so we got to play all kinds of great games like Alex Kidd, Shinobi, Phantasy Star, Miracle Warriors, and Ys. There was a point in my life where I could literally hit a home run on every at bat in Great Baseball with the Cincinnati Reds. I eventually bought an NES in the mid ‘90s, but the SMS always held a place in my heart.

I never had the chance to play the Sega Master System because I started gaming during the SNES days. So it’s great news for me, now I’ll have the chance to play SMS with the Wii.

Hey guys, Great CAGcast as always! I enjoy hearing what you guys say about all the latest games and your opinions on marketing trends and such, but I have to say that after listening to so many episodes it’s nice to hear all your personal stories as well. Cheapy with his Japanese experiences and Wombat, all your insight on living and working in New York, it’s really fascinating stuff =) Congrats to everything you guys have accomplished so far and good luck with everything in the future! I only see you guys moving up, up and up.

I hope Fallout 3 lives up to the hype. Just like with Oblivion, I’ll probably will get the PC version over the 360 so I can enjoy all mods that will tweak the game to make it even more enjoyable.

No Clever Title for Sick Men
It was actually the Sega Master system that made me want a Sega Genesis. A friend & a family member both owned the 8 bit system and i remember playing it as much as possible when I visited. There were alot of cool games on the Master system, atleast for it's time anyway. Splatter House, Shinobi, Altered Beast, Golden Axe, and etc paved the way for many great sequels for their series on the Genesis.

Sick’s not so bad if you’re not too incapacitated to mash buttons. Now, if you’ve got waggle capability, you’re just faking! Seriously though, take it easy and get better. We selfish batards need our podcasts.

"I missed out owning the SMS. I had a NES myself. However, I never forgot the day I played a SMS at my friends house. Fast forward to the release of the Sega Genesis. I quickly choose that system over the SNES when asked what I wanted for Christmas. I loved it and never regretted my decision. I eventually bought a SNES shortly before it left store shelves. All that to say, I am glad they are releasing some SMS games on the VC."
