The annoying poll has spoken! Looking to finish up pending deals before lowball.

4/21 Update:

My wife and I have been house-hunting for the better part of a year. We found a home and are as far into negotiations/contracts as we've gotten thus far. So that's the good news. Bad news is that it takes a lot of my time (that which isn't taken up by work), so I'll have to postpone the lowball until either I have the home is under contract or the deal falls through.

Feel welcome to make offers though, I still have a few of those coming in!

4/19 Update:

Pending any difficulties, the lowball sale will begin either Thursday or Friday of this week. It will continue until the following Monday (roughly a week and a half). I have not made a final decision on what will/will not be included, but the items below marked with a * are most likely not included.

Watch for a new list toward the middle of the week. I will begin posting pictures and listing things then. Also, a contest will run for the first weekend of the sale. With your first bid (provided it is made that weekend) you can offer a guess on the total dollar amount for this sale. Whomever is closest will get their lowest item free*!
