Nobody responded to the other thread so i decided to make a new topic.
I'd love some suggestions, or if somebody else wants to make a different one thats cool too. I can change stuff easily or upload the .psd somewhere too.

The mods are starting to enforce the pixel limit in sigs again. I don't remember what the max is but this could be close if not over.
 
Actually i think if you go to the user cp and select sig, it says the max size for custom images is 500x100 so it needs to be 100 or smaller?
