Hey Goomba....I posted on the GFC forums and emailed you twice before but never got a response. My package, according to UPS, arrived almost 4 weeks ago to your address, yet still no update. My order number is 1038849737. http://wwwapps.ups.c...0774RPT02757970 says it delivered on Feb. 22.....any response would be amazing thanks...

xchococatx, sorry about that. We're going to be reworking the GFC Forums as they aren't working well for us (we added too many anti-spam measures and sort of screwed up the system). I will check out your order and get right back to you. Thanks!

Hey Guys, just wanted to let you know I am working 8 days straight at my "day job" so I won't have a lot of time to Email back and forth. I received approximately 25 Emails in the last day or two and I'll respond as soon as I can (may take a couple of days). In the meantime I am working on packages but haven't updated GYROS yet. I'm working as fast as I can :) Thanks. Keep this in mind and I'll get back to you shortly. Talk to you all soon!

Yes, still working with the Uniqlo proxy (a third party company doing this locally in NYC that overnights to me here in CT). I'm spending the next 3 hours or so doing DR/PF updates, a full GYROS update and packing of many items. Tomorrow I'll spend quite a few hours packing as well. Thanks guys!

** GFC Forums Removal ... **

I'm going to be temporarily removing the GFC Forums that we had on the site due to the fact that the client is pretty buggy and easily taken over by spammers (they really ruin everything, don't they?). Instead I'll simply be linking to this thread here. So if you click the "GFC Forums" button on the site and end up here, now you know why :) Thanks guys.

Also, I'm officially launching GFC Premium next month so anyone that took part in the BETA, I appreciate it. I didn't get a whole lot of support, but that's alright because I think once it's on the website and clearly explained it'll be easier to access and to understand. I'll be working on some logos, site descriptions and signup pages over the next couple of weeks. In the meantime I'll focus on shipping out existing orders and cleaning up some other site code. Thanks guys!

The email was just me being confused about the shipping cost for what you shipped to the hotel for me. I kind of understand why it cost so much due to the weight of the books, but I felt it probably could have been cheaper if you'd have just used a couple of priority mail flat rate boxes instead.

I just wasn't expecting you to have to spend $40-$50 on shipping, I was hoping for you to at least have $30+ left in credit after you shipped that stuff to me. I guess the money I'm thinking is missing is from service charges and not from shipping?

I guess not having a breakdown of the costs involved just made me confused about where all the money went. (Since you don't really send me invoices anymore =p) I just wanted some clarification, I'm not upset or anything, was just confused.

In other news, Lego is on sale at TRU. Not sure if you'd be able to stop by a store to pick some up for me or not? Or if your schedule is too busy over the next week?

gsrce, yeah sorry about that. I haven't had a need to invoice you recently because you had extra funds left over but the flat rate boxes would have been too small to ship all of your items and you would have end up paying the same if not more for multiple boxes. Due to the time restraint on your trip I wanted to make sure they got there on time for you as well. But yeah, I can still compile the invoices for your records if you like. Sorry about that. As for TRU, this week is super crazy for me and next week too but if they do online sales as well I can try for you. I have "ShopRunner" which gives me free shipping on a lot of TRU items on their site.

dv8mad, I didn't get any message from you about banners. Let me know what size you want and I'll get one to you. Thanks ^_^

OK I'll try to have it out today. If I can't make the cut off due to working hours I'll have it out tomorrow. I'm going to look into a new Email system since so many people are having issues with it still. I guess that can be part of my April site update as well. Thanks for the heads up!

Today I finally get a day off guys from work so tonight I'll be working full speed on packing/shipping and GYROS updates. Expect nearly all orders to be caught up by Friday. Thanks! Hi JamesX,

The Membership option is this. You can pay either $10 a month or $100 a year for "GFC Premium Membership". This gives you $1.00 flat rate on all items (plus the usual shipping and weight charges). If you order more than 5 items a month, it's worth it. Or if you go with the yearly membership if you buy more than 20 items a year it's worth it. In my opinion, yes it'd be worth it for you but I'm leaving it entirely optional. There are other promotions available only to GFC Premium members as well and other non-mentioned benefits as well.

We'll be launching it officially this month. More details to come (I'm still reworking the site a lot and recoding a bunch). Keep an eye out for my next post as it's relevant to your question :).

** GFC Going Dark for 30 Days for Free Members **

SUPER IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

GFC Will be going dark for non-premium (aka "Free") Members starting on 04/15/2012 as we launch our official GFC Premium Membership program. What this means is that if you're not a GFC Premium member, you will be unable to place a new Direct Request (DR) or Package Forwarding (PF) order with us between 04/15/2012 - 05/15/2012.

The reason for this is not to shun free members, but rather to lessen the amount of orders we process during this time so we can truly rework the site and make necessary enhancements for both free and paid members. It'll also be an incentive to those who have joined as traditionally we'd just close the site down to everyone. This way if you're a premium member, your services will go uninterrupted as it'd be unfair to paid members. Free members have plenty of warning to put in an order now to get it in time before the month-long shut down. Also, all existing orders past and present will still be processed so it will have no effect on existing orders (other than the fact that we'll have more time to process them and get rid of any backlogged orders).

To make it fair to you guys we're even going to offer a launch-week FREE TRIAL of GFC Premium so you can join for free for one week, try out our services and place orders even though the site will be in lockdown mode. This will be my thank you to you for supporting me, while also limiting the number of orders as we retool the site.

Feel free to ask any questions. I'll be processing existing orders without any stop in service. New GYROS update today and tomorrow for the 16 unlisted orders on the site. Thanks guys, we appreciate your support!
