This is the same deal from Amazon.ca they had back in November 2007. I ordered 3 copies for myself and 2 other friends. We all played it for less than a week. Not that great to be honest. I traded in to EBG like 3 months later during the TRADE IN 3 Promo.

More of a rental IMO or wait until you see it at EBG on clearance for $10.
 
Decent game at best, but like the guy above me, I got bored after a few weeks of off and on play with it.

Also, this seems to be pretty common in Rogers 2/$40 sales around here.
