Can't download cagcast 129 please help!

When I try to get it off itunes it starts downloading for 2 seconds then the loading symbol changes to an exclamation mark.Is this happening to anyone else?Is there another way to get the new episode on my ipod?

Right click the file and choose "Get Info". It'll say that the file can't be found on your computer, and it'll show a "Browse" button to look for it. So download the podcast off this site, and then hit that Browse button to locate it.

idk if there's a better solution. I'm an iPod noob
