How is the Secret Rings? I know a Sonic game hasn't been good for a long time, but is it at least decent? I've been thinking of getting it pretty much since it came out, and $12.99 might finally be the sweet point.

I really wish the 360 version of Dark Sector would go back down to 12.99. I've heard the multiplayer is slightly better over the PS3 version, and I wouldn't mind getting some achievement points.

it's way better than Sonic PS3/360 but then again that's not saying much. some people are turned off by the fact that it's basically on rails though.

It's pretty fun, especially compared to other recent Sonic outings.
Though about level 5 it becomes impossible to control anymore. So sad.

And I hope The Darkness goes back to budget price. I keep missing that game.
 
Yes I would highly recommend getting Kameo for $10. It's not perfect, but it's a lot of fun, and it has some of the best visuals on the Xbox 360.

What the hell I went for Kameo for $9.99 shipped. That's a pretty damn good deal. I think the game is $10 used at Gamestop, but this $9.99, no tax, and brand new. :joystick:

I liked it just fine for the $10 I paid, and prefer the "on rails" feel of it to previous 3-D Sonic games. The 2-D games were basically "on rails" in that your movement was forward-driven only, and this has some of that feel. Not all of it, but some of it.

really on the fence about dark sector anyone think this will go down lower? like sub $10 level?
but i do seccond sonic, its worth it in my opinion. aggravating as hell after a few levels but fun.....
 
I played through Kameo a couple of months ago and it still held up and I loved it....kinda gay to say I loved it...but it was pretty damn fun. I went in expecting nothing and came out completely surprised.

I've kinda been wanting Stranglehold, but I wish I could find the LE version. Anyone know where I could find a cheap copy of Hard Boiled?
 
Stranglehold is decent, I think it's worth it at that price though. I didn't bother with the online play much
 
Dark Sector is hardly shitty, but this sucks. I just ordered DS for 13 a few days ago. Id pursue the price difference but it's hardly worth it. Although the CS ppl that run their forums gave me 20 bucks back on my monitor.

I recently saw the Stranglehold LE for around $14.99 or $19.99 somewhere, but do not remember where. I would have purchased it had I not received the standard edition as a gift when it was released last year.

It was $19.99 at Best Buy when I got it. A lot of people said that's the regular price now for the collector's edition, but at the time I think it was $10 less than what it said on the Best Buy website.

My problem with the PS3 version is that it was so buggy for me. I had it freeze a few times on me, and I also had an issue where the audio got really static-sounding. Also the Hardboiled movie on the collector's edition isn't actually in high definition, and the audio seemed as if it was slightly out of sync.
 
My Sam's this afternoon had both the PS3 and the Xbox versions for $12.81. And that was the collectors editions with the movies. I, personally, don't think it is worth that, thus why I did not pick one up, but if interested you might check there next time you go by one if a member.
 
I got mine for 10 at kmart awhile back and I have a hard time saying it's worth that. I did get a good 3-4 hours of playtime out of it though.
 
I've played through the game several times and really enjoyed it. Multiplayer seems to be pretty much dead online, though.
 
Man, I was going to get thi at Best Buy a while back for $10, but they were sold out there.. I guess I'll just wait for it
