I like a lot of other living in Japan have been seeking a way to play guitar hero world tour or rock band 2.
The first problem is, most stores either won't export these BAND KITS to Japan, or charge a HUGEEEEE amount more than the usual price then add the postage charge on top of that.
Second problem is the company that releases guitar hero in Japan is stopping this service (least I read a report about it).
Yes, there will be an official Japanese version of rock band in the future,
but for those that don't want to wait, I found a place that will export the guitar hero world tour band kit to Japan.

This deal is good for 2 reasons.
First, or course because it will export to us here in Japan.
Second, with the economy the way it is,
the YEN is wayyyy stronger than the australian dollar right now.
So to get down to prices...
This store is selling the band kit for $280 Australian.
The postage is $140 Australian.
That's a total of $420 Australian.
And at the time of printing, that comes to about 25,000 yen.
So it is pretty close to normal price.
All in all, you are not paying any interest on the game.
You are only paying like 7000 yen for postage,
and when the thing comes in a giant box and weighs 12 kg,
i think that's pretty fair.
