Why Has the "Cost more and" Been crossed out?

well ... more of what? and where?
surely UK market is a dream-came-true for every European gamer. i live in italy and i secured things like Fable2 for 27 eur, Prince of Persia for 25 eur and Fallout 3 for 25 something. All new, shrinkwrapped.

i mean, those top dogs are still at 60 eur in shop here!

and btw i was in New York City for black friday... nice prices my ass (sorry the French). even with a USD/EUR of 1.30-1.40 they sell those games for 40 usd. CMON UK IS HEAVEN RIGHT NOW

Well, cause games dont really cost more anymore.

Thanks to the Exchange Rate, £40 and $60 are pretty much the same thing

also, games are getting seriously discounted here too, new good games and all, like LBP, Motorstorm, Far cry, and so many more

In December 09 I bought:
:ps3: Mirror's Edge £14.99 ($21.58 at the time)
:360: Fallout 3 Collector's Edition £24.99 ($36 at the time)
:ps3: Resistance 2 £19.99 ($28.80 at the time)
:ps3: MotorStorm Pacific Rift £19.99 ($28.80 at the time)
:ps3: Valkeryia Chronicles £19.99 ($28.80 at the time)
:360: Lego Indiana Jones + Kung Fu Panda bundle £12ish (Around $17)

And not to mention the prices that were around on games that I passed on, like:
:360::ps3: FarCry 2 £17.99
:ps3: LittleBigPlanet £19.99

The days when I used to import games from the US are definitely over.
