I was at Meijer last night in the Naperville/Aurora IL area and spotted Mlb 08 The Show for $9.90. I also saw/bought a Sixaxis PS3 controller for 14.99, again thats probably a YMMV deal as well. Thought I would post if anyone else was looking for the game or controller cheap.
