I
concentrated fire for the first bit on taking out the turrets and Imps. Use your tank or a lancer to hit the base of the broken walls (they're slightly bluish in color). As the super tank gets to each of the walls, it will fire its main gun, which will cause the radiator to be exposed. Run a lancer up the side of the tank and take out the back and left radiators (you'll have to do it on two separate turns as the radiators will close after you take one out).

Now the trick is to keep a lancer behind the lower left wall. When the third radiator needs to be blown and Selvaria is guarding the tank, this is the only spot that you can run a lancer from and make it to the right radiator. Do so when the right radiator is exposed and take it out. From there, just concentrate all of your fire on the tank. You should be able to finish the stage between 9 (the minimum) and 11 or 12 turns, depending on your fire power.

I recommend also taking an engineer to resupply your lancers with ammo as needed.
