Sorry to bring up such an old thread but I was just playing the Galaga Legions demo. It seemed fun but the thing costs $10. Since it was Namco, I checked to see if it was available in this compilation (I had heard of this compilation disk previously) and sure enough, it's there!

After looking at various sites, I find it at Walmart's site. They're charging $15 and giving free shipping (if purchased before Christmas) for it.

edit: This is a compilation disk with a bunch of games, many of which are individually purchasable on XBLA so this is a great deal.
 
This is pretty common knowledge at this point, and really unnecessary to bump this during the Black Friday sales. Waste of Front page.
