Gamezebo review:

"Royal Envoy's king isn’t the only eccentric character in this polished and pretty game. The narrative is spiced with plenty of fun and memorable personalities, whether it’s your peculiar aide, whose massive equation for the number of nails necessary to complete all building activities results in the rather suspect answer “one,” or a likeable young girl pirate and her eye patch-wearing parrot. Professional voice talent and attractive cartoonish graphics loaded with playful animations are the cherries on top. But as high as the production values may be, they take a backseat to what can only be described as some of the most fun and frantically paced city building action this reviewer has experienced."

Pros: Excellent production values. Surprisingly fast-paced play. Tasks are plentiful but never confusing. Great in-game tutorials. Lengthy—and with good replay value to boot.

Cons: A merciless timer means earning gold stars can be devilishly difficult.

Rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars; Average player rating: 5.0 out of 5 stars.

The 5 out of 5 player rating for Royal Envoy is no joke. This game is fantastic. One of my favorite casual games. And, yes, getting gold stars is hard! You have to be virtually perfect. This game requires fast timing and strategy. I loved it!

Gamezebo review:

"If there’s anything wrong with Flower Paradise, it’s that it doesn’t break new ground (pardon the pun). While there definitely is a been-there-done-that feeling to the gameplay, everything is executed very well. If you’re looking for a nice, relaxing diversion, give Flower Paradise a try, and give your brain and virtual green thumb a good workout."

Pros: Choice of relaxing or challenging gameplay. Multiple modes. Build your own gardens. Can save picture of garden as wallpaper. Free screen saver.

Cons: Doesn’t bring anything really new.

Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars; Average player rating: 4.0 out of 5 stars.

Gamezebo review:

"If Kitchen Brigade has any faults, it's that we've seen it all before. We've played kitchen management and clicking mini-games. However, Kitchen Brigade manages to put them together into something genuinely fresh and fun. If you're into time management, then step into the kitchen and get cooking!"

Pros: Fun gameplay. Nice combination of management and hands-on play. Lots of variety of dishes.

Cons: Not entirely original. Few extras.

Rating: 4.0 out of 5 stars; Average player rating: 4.0 out of 5 stars.

Gamezebo review:

"Chainz Galaxy is almost everything you could want from a puzzle game: it’s fun, has lots of great power-ups, a healthy selection of enjoyable game modes, and even a cute and silly presentation. But it’s missing that one crucial factor that gives a puzzle game its staying power: challenge. Without it, Galaxy is good but not great, but still an excellent time waster for match-three fanatics."

Pros: Great puzzle mechanic. Lots of power-ups and extra modes. Silly, charming visuals.

Cons: Not enough challenge.

Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars; Average player rating: 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Gamezebo review:

"If you were looking for an evolution to the Luxor formula, 5th Passage isn’t it. Instead, its a culmination of everything that made the previous four games great, with a few new additions to keep things interesting. There’s a huge number of new stages to play through, and the Blast Mode ensures you’ll always have something to do, even once the Adventure Mode is finished. It may not do a whole lot new, but when a game is this good, that’s not necessarily a bad thing."

Pros: Same great Luxor gameplay. Sharp visuals. Blast Mode is very addictive. New power ups are very useful.

Cons: Very similar to past games. Story has been cut back quite a bit.

Rating: 4.0 out of 5 stars; Average player rating: 3.0 out of 5 stars.

Gamezebo review:

"Diner Dash: Flo on the Go does exactly what a good sequel should: give gamers more of what they've grown to love about the series yet add new angles to keep the game-play interesting. Some, however, who may have expected more, or who don't care about dressing Flo up in new outfits, may be disappointed there isn't anything too new in this sequel. Overall, however, it's truly a game that's easy to play but hard to put down."

Pros: Flo in new locations and new customers; Flo's Closet is a fun addition.

Cons: Not too different than past games; some may not care about dressing up Flo.

Rating: 4.0 out of 5 stars; Average player rating: 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Gamezebo review:

"Whether or not you're a fan of Murder, She Wrote, Legacy Interactive has done a good job with this game. It offers a rich hidden object game experience that also folds in clever minigames, great writing, and of course, head-scratching whodunits that has you questioning all the suspects and their motives."

Pros: Good integration of Murder, She Wrote plot lines. Voice talent. Puzzles. Five story-driven adventures. Relevant hidden-object items and mini-games. Typewriter keys to find add a unique twist.

Cons: Gameplay doesn't add anything spectacularly new to the genre.

Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars; Average player rating: 4.0 out of 5 stars.

Gamezebo review:

"Obviously this is one of those games I have to recommend based on its addictive qualities alone, because I feel that any game that can glue me to one spot for more than an hour at a time these days is well worth the money. I know some might see Trial of the Gods as simple looking, but you shouldn't let a game’s simple exterior deter you from trying it out."

Pros: Challenging puzzles. New elements as you progress keep the game fresh. Groovy soundtrack. Interesting story mode.

Cons: Grainy graphics. 3D Animations out of place. Print-out board game a strange inclusion. Hint system a little too subtle.

Rating: 3.5 out of 5 stars; Average player rating: 2.0 out of 5 stars.

Gamezebo review:

"You stumble through the gates of a cemetery after a car accident only to have them clang shut behind you, trapping you inside. Moments later, a restless spirit– the first of many – begs for your help and you hop through a portal to the house where he and his daughter died in a fire. As openings go, Redemption Cemetery: Curse of the Raven's is hard to beat for sheer drama, but the game can't maintain that level of energy and soon falls flat."

Pros: Nice graphics. Interesting flourishes. Solid object searches. Lots to do.

Cons: Uninspired. Lag when moving between rooms.

Rating: 3.0 out of 5 stars; Average player rating: 4.0 out of 5 stars.
