Sure, I wouldn't mind another PS2 game to be released. Posting here is as far as I will go to support the localization of this game. Hope this helps. :)
 
You'll have a better chance convincing smaller niche companies like NIS, Atlus or XSeed to publish this than Namco.

Namco might argue for not releasing this game due to it's small appeal, the risk involve with it and Xenosaga series flop big time in sales. But instead of publishing games like Namco Vs Capcom, Tales of Destiny 2(remake) or Super Robot Original, they decided to release lesser brand names such as Magna Carta 2, Hack Series, Baten Kaitos and Legend of Heroes series.
