These should still be valid. Generally you get them if you buy a Dane-Elec USB drive from Target. Got them a while ago, but they should work.
I will say that I've had issues with their site, both in that it seems poorly coded (one time I couldn't get a download at all) and the music files themselves sometimes are poor quality.
Still, maybe someone can use these. You'll need to make an account and input the serial and PIN numbers at the checkout screen to get the credit. Also note that you can just download the files straight - you don't HAVE to use their downloader.
