I just purchased the Modern Warfare 2 console to replace my old 20gb pro model. Was just wondering what all options I had for transferring my save files from my old hard drive to the new one. Basically, what is the cheapest method available.
 
Call Microsoft and get the Transfer kit. The only other way is to use a memory card for the saves and using your download history to get arcade games. Then you will also have to do the license transfer on xbox.com
 
The only thing is they are out of stock at the moment. I'm in the same boat OP. It costs 13 bucks to get it from Microsoft.
