I loved the game and the book. I guess it was popular enough since it sold out fairly quickly.

Hmm... the "Wii Collection" does not list what the bonus items are that you pay an additional $10 for are.

Does anyone know what $39 for the Wii version gets you?

You are paying for the hardcover art book. (The Wii version is a standard edition, so no japanese soundtrack or extra artbook/foldout poster)
 
Yeah. RQ reprinted another batch. My order was in limbo when they told me they ran out and were in the process of reprinting more. I already got the game elsewhere.

Essentially the artbook will cost you $19, considering you can get the game elsewhere. I can't say if the artbook is worth $19 though.
