At this point and time, Raystorm HD is far from being the most innovative shmup but it's still fun nonetheless despite it's aged roots as it truly does pull off an authentic arcade experience.
Some of the pros:
+Authentic arcade feel
+Several difficulties
+Enjoyable soundtrack
Some of the cons:
-1200 MSP will probably only appeal to fans of the original as well as dedicated shmup players
-Lacks innovation, aside from the lock-on system there's nothing else that significantly stands out
-No online co-op (considering the price tag, such a request is justified)
