Looking for a game, only have description of gameplay

This girl was telling me about a game for the cube that sounded interesting. Problem is she couldn't recall the title. When I try googling it by the description, however, I can't seem to find anything.

If this sounds familiar to anybody please let me know. Thank you.


Second hand description:

You play a person (woman I believe) that is slowly going insane.
Throughout the game things happen in a meta-sense. The controller turns off, the screen suddenly displays something else entirely (a news broadcast or something).
And that's about it...


Slim pickings, I know, but if someone would be able to point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
 
It is an extremely ugly game. If you can't stand playing something that looks like puke, don't pick it up.

However, I do remember having a lot of fun with it. Dunno if I ever finished the game or not.
