Some of the more recent contest have had entry periods that, like "The Event" contest which end at a specific date (in the case of the Event the last day to send a text and enter was 9/30). The actual day they announce winners is later, again for "The Event" I believe it is 10/11. What I'm suggesting is that when a contest of this type is no longer accepting entries, but the prizes have yet to be rewarded, it get moved down to a "separated" part of the OP so that a). we can keep track of when the prizes are supposed to be rewarded, and b). by moving it to the bottom people will hopefully realize that they can't enter any more.
