No one playing Rift?

Was in the beta and I liked it but can't get myself to buy it due to the monthly fee. I really don't care to pay to play every month for an MMO now. If I could pay for a lifetime membership I would have done it already.
 
Played beta. Was fun. Didn't last. We need an mmo that doesn't use the same stupid formula. I want a cat mmo or something. mewmewmew
 
Was in the beta. Fell asleep 2x trying to play it. Gave my account away to some friends.
 
As some said, I also don't have time for MMOs. I've seen videos of Rift and it didn't seem much different. If Guild Wars still has good pvp (like when it was first released, not after Factions was released), then I would buy that since you don't need to level up your characters to max in order to compete well with others.
 
I tried the beta with low expectations and found it to be a well-polished MMO. Not incredibly ground-breaking, but a decent evolution of the western MMO (in the vein of EQ and WOW). So far I've given two friends (both MMO veterans) a three minute synopsis; one then played the beta and promptly bought it, and the other simply bought it and is enjoying the headstart. I personally don't have that much time for MMOs anymore so I prefer games I can play on the fly, but the rift/invasion public raids do have that sort of charm. Relatively speaking, Trion's headstart has gone smoothly aside from being underprepared server-wise. However, Trion was able to quickly add new servers, raise population caps, and take steps to combat afk botting to ensure that people can play.
 
I picked it up to play casually for a while. It actually surpassed my expectations and is very polished. I'm having fun with it
 
I also picked this up on steam, i have had more fun with this then i ever have with wow. This feels for RPG feel and i love the RIFTS.
 
Picked it up as well and loving it so far. Tron seems to be quick on fixing issues so far and I love the public group option as it makes life so much easier.
 
I played the beta and I'm sorry to say this but it didn't do anything for me. They are completely right in their ads saying "we're not in Azeroth anymore." That's because I'd rather stay in Azeroth.
 
Picked up RIFT on steam and I echo what Big Stephen said I never had this much fun with WoW. This will be the MMORPG that I will put my hard earned cash on

Indeed! Most MMO people are dicks and never want to help noobs. THIS lets you auto help and join automatically. Great system.

I just got this. Any one want to play together? I am starting on a server (not sure which, probably pvp) and I am down to play with any fellow cags.
 
Never got around to installing the beta. Probably won't play another full-priced, monthly fee MMO until SWTOR (maybe). Being a truly cheap CAG, I can get my "kill 10 X" fix with free-to-play games.
