When this combination happens, I pick up XBL point cards. The way their system calculates the coupons, you can stack the coupons like so:
$19.99 for 1600 XBL Points x 3 = $59.97
15% off = $50.97
$10 off = $40.97
$13.66 per 1600 point card.
You can get equally good deals with PSN or Wii points as well. Or even Xbox Live subscriptions. You're better off with Amazon at the moment for the subscription, however.
They've had slightly better deals in the past with 30% off but it's been over year since I've seen that combination. I'm out of points now so this is great timing for tomorrow's XBL sale
