Stopped by Target today and they were giving an instant substitute price on Dragon Age II of $37 for being out of Halo Reach.
This was 360 only because Reach is a 360 only game.
Obviously extremely YMMV, but you may want to call your local store and see if they have Reach in stock. If not, perhaps they are doing the same instant sub.
