The Winter Voices episodic RPGs are 50% off at Impulse.
They have the Prologue and the first 3 episodes for $2.49 each. It appears to require the Impulse software client to install, hurm. That means you can't put buy it at Impulse and activate it on Steam.
The 4th episode was released this week on Steam so I expect Impulse will have that, too, soon enough.
These games were 50% off during the steam winter sale, too, so if you prefer Steam, you may want to wait for the summer sale and see what you get. Steam appears to treat each episode as DLC, so you need to pick a platform and play all games on it. You won't be able to buy episodes 1-3 at Impulse, then buy Episode 4 and up at Steam. You'd have to start over with the Prologue at Steam.
I bought the prologue from Steam but haven't yet played it. I love the idea of $5 RPG episodes that tell a big story, but this game is more of a touchy-feely "wander-and-ponder" RPG, not hack-and-slash high fantasy. I'll get around to it someday though...
