Digital copies of movies on Android?

Clak

CAGiversary!
Seems like the movie studios have all but ignored the Android platform. It's easy to transfer a digital copy of a film to an ipod or iphone, but nothing else. Windows Media player is usually supported, but that does us no good. Frankly this is why I don't feel bad about ripping a move to transfer to any of my devices. I'd love it if they'd give us an official way of doing it, but until they do I'll just continue doing it myself.

Same problem for my double-din DVD player. It has an SD slot and if I 'rip' movies they play no problem, but digital copies never work. Funny how pirates are more in control of their content than paying customers.

gaaawwwddd..this is the only thing weighing on my mind about buying a Tablet. Right now I just put the digital copies on my Win7 notebook, but obviously would want to watch them on a tablet. Since I'm anti-Apple, I'm spying the new Samsung Galaxy 10.1" - but not being able to get these digital copies on it is holding me back. I hate ripping, converting, transferring, blah blah blah..

Well there's nothing to convert, use something like rockplayer.I just hate that we've basically been ignored.
